Walt Disney Motion Picture Studios just dropped a bomb on all the moviegoers and movie watchers all across the world that their beloved film sequels will be getting delayed one more time and there is no guarantee that this will be the last time or not. Yesterday the delays were announced on Marvel Studios’ Black Widow and Shang Chi The Legend of Ten Rings as they were pushed back to July and September respectively.

Now comes the turn of other Disney property films that were once a part of 20th-century fox but now have found another home for themselves after the acquisition of 20th-century fox by Disney back in 2019. The Kingsman franchise took off in 2014 with the film Kingsman The Secret Service which received positive reviews only to find itself a sequel in 2017 with the title Kingsman The Golden Circle.

The series was converted into a franchise when the director of both films Matthew Vaughan announced that there were 7 planned films in the early stages of production along with a tv show being developed by the exact same creative team.

The King’s Man serves as the third installment in the series which is expected to drop on December 22, 2021. 2017 was also the year where we saw classic literature detective Hercule Poirot coming to life after a long absence from the film industry with the film Murder on The Orient express starring an ensemble roaster with Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley, Kenneth Branagh, and Dame Judy Drench on board.

The long-awaited sequel is expected to drop in February 2022 after facing multiple delays from the parent studio. The film will star Kenneth Branagh as Hercule Poirot with Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, and many more. The film will follow a mysterious murder investigation that is committed on a ship. The first film displayed the exact same tone but on a train. The films are based on Agatha Christie’s series of Novels.
