The Justice League kicked off with a 2013 Standalone film titled “Man of Steel” serving a single superman film with no intentions to convert it into a franchise, the film garnered heavy praise from the audience worldwide.
The plan went exactly according to Zack Snyder upto the film “Batman vs Superman” which displayed the darkest and purest version of DC Comics. With the film turning Batman and Superman again and hungry for each other’s blood.
The success of DC Extended Universe ignited greed into the minds of the warner bros executives which made them hungry to establish a similar like universe to marvel, dropping off the plans of what Zack Snyder had in his mind for just 5 films.
When all of these films were going on to entertain the audience Zack Snyder was stuck between a rock and a hard place with his team-up film Justice League.
But still got the movie released into the theatres but his happy days were counted, warner bros trimmed down his 4-hour movie into 2-hour bits and pieces type video. With Henry Cavill getting CGI mustache and other bummers.
The Warner Bros. faced huge criticism with this move and continued to make cheap action films like “Birds of Prey” and “Wonder Woman 1984”. Trying to compete against The Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The fans of the DCEU revolted and took to social media to protest and demand the release of the original Justice League. For three straight years, they kept on ramping up the social handles of the warner media, and finally, in 2020, their prayers were answered.
Zack Snyder was given 25 million dollars to craft in finishing touches to the film. Some months later the first-ever trailer was released generating electric reactions from the fans across the globe.
Well the prayers of the fans of DCEU were answered fulfilling the dream to watch the original film.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League will release on March 18, 2021.
