Warner Bros. pictures studios are on the full rise this year as they have been coming up with groundbreaking films every month. Apart from that their pact of releasing films simultaneously on streaming and in theatres has earned them a great profit. As the theatres keep on struggling to reopen this decision has cut off the movie delays from the eponymous studio.
So far Warner Bros have come up with films like The Little Things, Mortal Kombat, and Godzilla vs Kong. Their next mega entry will sure be The Suicide Squad by James Gunn on August 5. But when it comes to cinematic stories Warner Bros has its trump card under its belt with King Richard on it.
King Richard is a biographical film that is based on the true events that occurred in the life of Richard Williams the father of Venus and Serena Williams who made their daughters write their own destiny as they became the highest decorated athletes in the world. Serena and Venus Williams are famous for creating an unmatchable legacy in the game of tennis where they are dubbed as the most lethal sister duo of all time.
King Richard narrates the story of Richard Williams the mentor and the father of William’s sisters as he sacrificed and devoted his entire life for the upliftment of his daughters and the people of color. King Richard will also celebrate the abolishment of racism and sexism.
In other trailer drops, Ridley Scott’s fashion drama House of Gucci starring Lady Gaga, Adam Driver, Jared Leto, and Al Pacino just released its first trailer hinting at the true story of the Gucci family’s sole heir’s demise by a greedy woman. The film will showcase fashion, fraud, love, betrayal, and murder from the perspective of a lavish family which also happens to be one of the greatest fashion conglomerates in the world.
