Karli reveals that she is a part of a larger refugee group and their only intention in this world is to create peace and provide for the people and kids in her community. An organization promised her and her family all of these things but they never honored that promise which led to Karli and team-leading their own charge to steal all of the supplies with the help of super-soldier serum.
US special agent John Walker intervenes in this confrontation along with his comrade Lemar Hoskins which leads to a big battle among all of these men and eventually ends up with the death of Lemar Hoskins. Enraged John Walker infuses himself with a super-soldier serum that he managed to collect from Zemo who acquired it from Karli and was about to destroy all of the samples.
The normal soldier turned super-soldier John Walker brutally thrashes the man responsible for Lemar Hoskins’s death with the public noticing and capturing with their mobile phones.
