New Superman Film Announced by DC

This week turned out to be a real shocker in terms of the news and content that broke out of all the streaming platforms and cable services. With Disney+ shattering viewership records with WandaVision and Paramount+ announcing its release date and the content it is all set to offer. But DC stole the show by announcing and dropping the best news of this week.

 

Superman and Lois released its pilot episodes in the form of a 2-hour long premiere which eventually went on to become a big hit. Superman and Lois is the new take and an attempt to expand the setting of Arrowverse.

Blue Bettle film that is currently in the very early stages of production has found its director in the form of Angel Manuel Soto who would be taking control of the film.

Constantine show as a complete reboot was announced that would be helmed by JJ Abrams. Constantine is all set to drop on HBO Max in the near future.

Shazam Fury of The Gods has begun casting with the very first edition coming in the form of Rachael Zegler whose role in the film is being kept under lock and key.

Legends of Tomorrow and Stargirl announced the release dates of their upcoming season. Legends of Tomorrow is all set to release its episodes for season 6 in the month of May and Stargirl season 2 is expected to drop sometime in the summer.

The best news DC just dropped came in from the production house Bad Robot that is owned by JJ Abrams announcing that a Superman reboot film is in development that would be set outside of the existing DC Extended Universe giving an opportunity for Henry Cavill’s superman to return in near future.

Well, that is more than enough to get that DC fanboy goes crazy. The flash airs its episodes for season 7 March 2nd onwards.
