The DCEU took off with 2013’s superman flick titled “Man of Steel” which garnered them heavy appreciation and reviews. Since then two separate forces have been adjacently working to expand the universe one is Zack Snyder and other is Warner Media.
The movies followed in two separate directions with Zack bringing “Batman vs. Superman” and Warner Bros. building up universe with Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad, Aquaman, Shazam, Birds of Prey and Wonder Woman 2.
However warner bros. did try to alter Zack’s vision of the universe by altering his Suicide Squad which was released in 2017 collecting bummer reviews and mixed feelings. But things cleared 3 years later when warner bros. announced that the original film titled “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” will make its debut on HBO Max exclusively on March 18, 2021.
Still all of this isn’t stopping warner bros. from expanding its universe, with the news breaking out from the offices of warner media announcing that the next installments in the DCEU titled “Shazam Fury of The Gods” and “Aquaman 2” both slated for next year will begin filming this very summer in the month of May.
However one other film is nearing its production and is expected to wrap up by next month. The film is “The Batman” which stars Robert Pattinson in the titular character which is slated to be released on March 22, 2022.
This year will bring out The Suicide Squad or Suicide Squad 2 on August 6 2021. And next year will bring out Aquaman 2 on 16 December 2022. Shazam on June 2, 2023 and The Flash on 4 November 2022.
