The latest episode in the very first installment for phase four of The Marvel Cinematic Universe comes in the form of WandaVision episode 8 that has answered the most obvious question and cleared out all the speculations that were building from the very beginning.

Let us take a look at what the episode cleared for us.

Episode 8: This episode begins to clear up things by answering the frequently asked questions about the characters and what makes them what they are. Agatha Harkness who has been going by the alias Agnes reveals that she is a 17th-century witch that has evolved throughout the centuries both in terms of her power and evilness.

Wanda who was being held captive by Agatha is forced to explore her childhood trauma when her hometown was ground zero for a massive war zone that killed her parents and her home as well. Later on, she was enrolled in a facility owned by SHIELD to volunteer for the Sceptre-wielding project which turns out to be the exact moment how she came in the possession of her powers.

A few minutes later Agatha takes her to the SWORD facility where Vision was being dismantled and decommissioned. Wanda recalls that she was here some weeks ago to collect the body of Vision just to give her a proper burial and funeral. But director Hayward declines her request by telling her that the three billion dollars sentient weapon isn’t meant to be put in the ground.

However, Wanda goes to a small town called Westview which she and Vision envisioned to live the rest of their lives but Vision not being alive in the present time breaks the heart of Wanda which results in a massive and explosive eruption of her cosmic powers that turns the entire town into a black and white sitcom based show and she also brings back Vision as a projection to spend her life with.

This is where the show WandaVision picks up however in the present time Wanda’s kids were being held hostages by Agatha. This could lead to an action-packed season finale next week.
